We are an established, highly personable dental practice providing comprehensive care.

New materials and techniques have enabled us to perform some pretty wonderful transformations in a much more relaxed environment. The most dramatic changes can be seen in our patients – someone who feels good, looks good and enjoys the vitality that all the advances in dentistry can provide.

Nations Family

Dr. Paul Nations was born on March 13, 1971, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a child, he moved to Concord, California, and later to Tullahoma, Tennessee, where he graduated high school. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Vanderbilt University in 1993 and attended Dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where he graduated with honors in 1997. Dr. Nations also completed one year in Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He practiced dentistry in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and later moved to Knoxville, where he always aspired to build a private practice. He and his wife Eva, office manager, currently live with two daughters Katherine, age 10, Anna, age 8 and their son Charlie, age 6.

Our mission at Cedar Bluff Dental Center is to provide the highest level of dentistry in a comfortable, caring and friendly environment.


Since every person entering the practice will have different goals and expectations concerning their dental care, the Cedar Bluff Dental Center staff will do everything possible to give all patients special attention and time in order to fit dentistry into their lives. This includes not a only diagnosis and treatment with Doctor and Hygienist, but also time with our Treatment Coordinator, who will provide information about your treatment, insurance coverage, and financial options that the practice offers.

It is our hope that we can develop long lasting relationships with our patients, built on trust and the belief that we treat each person as we would a member of our own family.
